Shoromon Gate of Nanzoin Temple

A belfry that hangs a bonsho （Buddhist bell） is located on the 2nd floor, and the floor beneath it is a gate for passengers. The overall gate is painted red. A pair of Nio （Buddha's guardians） statues stand on the sides of the 1st floor. The age of the gate is unknown, however, it is presumed from the style that it was built around the 18th century.
