Homestead Woodland of the Uchida Family

The residence is surrounded by 21 zelkova trees each of which are more than 2m in trunk circumference, including the giant one in front of the gate that is 30m tall. There are 309 trees that are 2m or taller. The trees surrounding the resident were used for protection from winds and the sun, and the fallen leaves in the premises were used for agricultural fertilizer and fuel for daily lives. （Viewable from the street only）
