◇The flagstone memorial monument was erected in 1807 to commemorate the installation of flagstones on Kiyoto-michi Road in this area in order to facilitate traffic. The monument is inscribed with place names other than the villages in Nerima, which shows that there was a wide range of villages along Kiyoto-michi Road associated with the installation.

◇The Koshin Tower was erected 1715. It is 180cm tall and has a square-shaped shade on top of it. The front side features a Shomen Kongo figure and the three monkeys to name a few.

Koshin tower

Every 60 days came the "Koshin" day when people spent the night reading religious scriptures and ate a meal together. Those people in farming villages erected the tower wishing for safety and prosperity.
