Ikebuchi Ruins

Ikebuchi ruins are located on a plateau approx. 46m above sea level, between Shakujii River on the south and Sampoji Pond valley on the north. The ruins from approx. 15,000 years ago to approx. 4,500 years ago as well as those from the 15th century were found. After the investigation, the ruins were buried back and now preserved as "Ikebuchi Municipal Historic Park."
