The region to be hosted: Denmark and Ecuador

As the Danish shooting athletes will use the accommodation in Nerima during the Games, we would like to take this opportunity to interact with them.

The Danish royal family has a long history much like Japan's, compared to other royal families in the world.
Denmark is the home country of writer Hans Christian Andersen, who is known throughout the world for fairy tales such as "The Little Match Girl" and "The Emperor’s New Clothes."
In addition, there are many products produced in Denmark that have excellent design standards. Several Danish brand-name products that are well-known in Japan include Lego bricks （toys）, Royal Copenhagen （ceramics）, Georg Jensen （silverware）, and others.

Since the Ecuadorian Paralympic Team （including track and field athletes） was looking for a pre-games training camp site, Nerima City decided to welcome the team as part of the Olympic Games host city. While providing a practice field for them, we are planning international exchange events.

Ecuador （meaning "equator" in Spanish）, as its name suggests, is a country just below the equator, located in South America. It consists of four regions; The Amazon－ the region of jungle, The Andes－ the mountainous region with the Andes, the coastal region, and "The Galapagos Islands" which is famous for Darwin's theory of evolution.

Providing training camp sites and others, a local government interacts with the international countries that came to participate in the competition.
